All of our authorized representatives are registered with the relevant regulatory body to provide professional immigration advice.

We provide a wide range of services for many visa types and categories, such as student visas, work visas, permanent resident visas under Federal Skilled Worker Class/Canadian Experience Class/Federal Investor Program/Quebec Investor Program/Provincial Nominee Program, etc. We also represent our clients at Immigration Tribunals and/or Federal Court of Canada.

The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Councils are equipped with the latest information on immigration law, procedures and practices and go about their business according to a strict, enforceable Code of Conduct.

The only representatives who may charge a fee to represent or advise you on immigration and refugee matters with the Government of Canada are:

• lawyers who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society
• Immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants, and
• Notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec

The Government of Canada will not deal with non-authorized representatives who charge a fee for their service.
